Microbial air sampler for isolators and containment enclosures

The MicroBio MB2-RSH is a microbial air sampler designed specifically for isolators, containment enclosures and controlled environments. It detects and quantifies viable airborne micro-organisms as part of environmental monitoring and microbiological validation programmes.

Suited to applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, research laboratories and hospitals, the MicroBio MB2-RSH is particularly well suited to the qualification and validation of isolators, containment workstations and sealed compartments used in aseptic processes.

The use of readily available standard consumables, compatible with a wide range of microbiological culture media, avoids costly proprietary supports and optimises running costs.

An optional dust cover is available to protect the culture medium support plate and the fan inlet against contamination during transport or installation.

This accessory is particularly useful for protecting fixed-head or remote-head units installed in isolators when the equipment is not in use.
