Microbial air sampler for environmental monitoring

The MicroBio MB2 is a microbial air sampler designed for environmental monitoring programmes in controlled environments. It detects and quantifies viable airborne micro-organisms in line with the microbiological monitoring requirements for cleanrooms and classified areas.

Designed to meet the requirements of ISO 14698 and ISO 17141, the MicroBio MB2 delivers reliable, reproducible air sampling in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, hospital and healthcare sectors.

The MicroBio MB2 is compatible with standard 90 mm Petri dishes and with 55 mm contact plates. The use of readily available standard consumables avoids costly proprietary supports and makes integration into pharmaceutical microbiology procedures easier.

The MicroBio MB2 can be mounted on a standard tripod so that the sampler can be positioned at the required sampling point during environmental monitoring operations.

An optional dust cover protects the culture medium support plate and the fan inlet against contamination during transport and installation of the unit.
